Enchanting Stay in a Lagoon Room

Alongside my partner and a friend, I visited on September 15th for a 12-night stay including breakfast. Prior to our arrival, I emailed the hotel requesting two upstairs rooms adjacent to each other in a tranquil area. To my astonishment, the hotel granted my request. Extremely impressed. Having traveled globally, enjoying at least four holidays annually, we found this hotel the most stunning we've experienced. We had a lagoon room which I highly endorse. If you have a ground-level room, you can access the lagoon directly from your room. The grounds are enchanting, resembling a tropical oasis with a lovely river weaving through the middle. Words can't fully convey its beauty. Breakfast offers an extensive selection to cater to all international tastes. The restaurant provides high-quality food, and the pool bar serves delightful dishes as well. The staff elevate the hotel's charm. Special thanks to Jan, Joom, and Kate who were exceptionally amiable and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very tidy. Ideally located near both Kamala and Patong, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to each. The only issue to note is the beach—the rocky terrain makes it difficult to swim. Nonetheless, plenty of exquisite beaches lie nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and intend to return.
