My First Close Encounter with Elephants at Minerriya National Park, Sri Lanka

We were fortunate to see a herd of elephants at Minerriya National Park in Sri Lanka. It was my first time observing elephants up close, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.

As our jeep arrived at the scene, we saw the herd of elephants leisurely moving about on the grassland, and I couldn't help but feel excited.

These elephants were unhurried and seemed completely unaffected by our presence. They were either grazing or playing in the waterhole, thoroughly enjoying themselves.
