Highly Recommended Stay with Exceptional Service

We encountered a few challenges during our visit, but the assistant manager, Vladimir, promptly resolved everything with utmost professionalism. He sincerely cares about guests and, in our view, would be an outstanding GM. His service made a real impact. The property is gorgeous—lovely beaches, spacious rooms, breathtaking vistas, and a variety of dining choices. The buffet exceeded expectations, although food and drink prices overall seemed excessive. Avoid Helios; the Italian cuisine was not up to par. Be sure to book restaurant reservations well in advance of your arrival. Special recognition to Sampath, the restaurant manager at Seselwa, for being exceptional and incredibly attentive, greatly enhancing our dining experience. The resort is extensive but easy to navigate with the shuttle service, and bug spray is conveniently provided in the rooms. A memorable stay, highlighted by Vladimir's outstanding assistance.
