There are quite some reasons why a particular country make a colony at a foreign land; and to put that into perspective maybe Paradise beach 🏝 also an island is the reason why the French had Pondicherry for themselves. Situated some 8 kms away from the downtown of the city, you can reach here only by boat ⛵ from Chunnambar boat house (literally limestone 🪨river boat house). The island has quite a lot of almost everything you need, and that you would expect in a beach. They've got some cool water sports 🏄🪂that can make your adrenaline go high. Or put it out in a calm relaxed way that settles down your adrenaline. You make the call, and have a great time in this small piece of land in the middle of water !! I would highly recommend to try the local fish 🐠 fry, a totally mind-blowing dish that you can try only here. #indiatravel #pondicherry
