white town, Pondicherry, India

Pondicherry is a small town 3-4 hours bus ride from Chennai. It is really vibrant, lively and clean town. we walked around in white town which people also call French colony because all the buildings there are inspired by French culture. And you will find beach les within walking distance from anywhere which is just so wonderful. But be careful about swimming there as it is really unguarded and there are no coast guards there. And it is really not recommended to swim there. There are street vendors everywhere selling candies and fruits and beach clothes..
