Yong Tau Foo, a Hakka Chinese delicacy, offered a delightful dining experience that earned a solid 3.5 out of 5. While the preparation might not have been entirely authentic, the enjoyment of the diverse soup base dishes made up for it. The tofu, filled with a mixture of ground meat or fish paste, was flavorful and satisfying. What truly set this experience apart was the choice of three delectable soups - original, Tom Yam, and curry. Each soup added a unique twist to the dish, enhancing the overall dining adventure. Although I wished for a touch more authenticity in the preparation, the delicious variety of soup options made this Yong Tau Foo outing one to remember.
