Introducing Zhongshan Park in Qingdao, China. Located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, which became a German leased territory in 1898, Zhongshan Park was originally known as "Forest Park" during the German occupation. It served as a botanical testing ground, featuring 170 species and 230,000 plants imported from Europe. In 1929, the park was renamed "Zhongshan Park" by the then Nationalist government to honor the achievements of Sun Yat-sen (Sun Zhongshan).
