Phraya Nakhon Cave "Phra Thinang Khuha Khrueasri"

Phraya Nakhon Cave is located in Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park.
The highlight of this cave is the “Phra Thinang Khuha Khrueasri”.
Around 10:30–11:30, sunlight shines through the cave ceiling and hits the throne, creating a beautiful and impressive image.

🚗 How to get to Phraya Nakhon Cave

Tourists can travel to Phraya Nakhon Cave by two main routes:
1. By boat: Rent a boat from Bang Pu Village to Laem Sala Beach, which takes about 15–20 minutes. Then walk up the hill for about 430 meters to the cave.
2. By foot: Walk across Khao Thian from Bang Pu Village to Laem Sala Beach, a distance of about 530 meters, then walk up the hill for about 430 meters to the cave.

• Adults 40 baht
• Children 20 baht
• Opening hours: Open daily from 09:00–17:00

Tips for visiting Phraya Nakhon Cave
• You should start your ascent before 09:30 to catch the sunlight shining through the cave and onto the Phra Thinang Khuha Khrueasri around 10:30–11:30.
• Prepare suitable shoes for hiking and bring enough water.
• If you are not comfortable walking up the mountain, you can choose to use a boat service for convenience.
