Spring is hands-down the best time to visit Samarkand — and if you’re there, EMIRHAN Restaurant is a must! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Registan Square, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. I grabbed a seat on the rooftop terrace and couldn’t believe the view. Eating while overlooking the majestic square? Total bucket list moment.

I ordered the bolognese and was pleasantly surprised — super flavorful and satisfying after a long day of exploring.
