I did a solo travel to Port Barton, San Vicente, Palawan in the Philippines. It was just a 3 night trip but experiencing new places in the mother country always recharges you. Meeting new people, the locals and other travellers, also enhances the experience. Port Barton is a low key, slow paced, beach side town. No fancy hotels or resorts. A lot of foreign back packers travelling through. Port Barton is a gem of a place if you wanted to relax and enjoy the sea.
