Orchids and Ostriches in Yalong Bay

Yalong bay park is about 20km away from central Sanya near a resort and golf course area. The park is situated around a large hill/mountain. It costs 98 RMB for entry and 50 to take the bus which is highly recommended. There are 3 main stops in the park, the first is orchid valley containing main flowers and plants along with beautiful old Chinese architecture and many statues. The second stop has a glass trestle walk, a rope bridge, a rope course play area, a zip line course and a wedding vista area which was featured in a famous Chinese movie. It is worth noting that most of the attractions have an extra charge.
The final stop has a tower with an amazing view of the local bay, a shopping and food street and viewpoint areas.

The park is well worth a visit for the views alone and a great day out.
