Rain gear: The weather in tropical areas is unpredictable, so bring an umbrella or disposable raincoat just in case.
Food and water: Prices in the park are relatively high, so you can bring some snacks and drinking water to replenish your energy.

🔥3. Transportation
Public transportation: From downtown Sanya, take bus 15, 24, 25, or 27, or the tourist express bus, and get off at Yalong Bay Forest Tourism Zone Station. Walk back about 300 meters along Liupan Road to reach the park. The journey takes about 40 minutes and is economical, but pay attention to operating hours and intervals.
Taxi/ride-hailing: It takes about 30 minutes to reach the park by taxi from downtown, Dadonghai, or Haitang Bay, and about 10 minutes from Yalong Bay. This option is relatively expensive but convenient and fast, and you can go directly to the park entrance.
Self-driving: If you are driving, check the route and parking information in advance. The park has a parking lot, but traffic around the park may be congested during peak tourist season, and parking may be tight.
🔥4. Recommended Route
The park is divided into three areas: Orchid Valley, the main filming location of "If You Are the One 2," and the Mountain Top Park. Each area takes about 30–60 minutes to explore on foot. Here is a recommended 4–5 hour classic route:
First stop: Main filming location of "If You Are the One 2": Take the tour bus to the Over-the-River Dragon Rope Bridge No. 1 Station. This is an important filming location for the movie "If You Are the One 2." Check in at Yanbo Pavilion and feel the romantic atmosphere of the movie. Walk on the 168-meter-long Over-the-River Dragon Rope Bridge, which is nearly 40 meters above the ground. Every step is thrilling and exciting, and you can enjoy the unique scenery of the rainforest and bird's nest buildings.
Second stop: Mountain Top Park: Take the bus to Mountain Top Park, which is the best place to overlook Yalong Bay. Stroll along the all-sea-view glass walkway, and enjoy the stunning sea view of Yalong Bay from the transparent sky. Every photo you take will be a masterpiece. Visit the wedding chapel, where the white dome contrasts with the blue sky and grass, creating a romantic atmosphere. Enter the trial wedding room from "If You Are the One 2" and experience the same romantic scene from the movie. If you're interested, you can also visit the Rainforest Magic Cinema and immerse yourself in the mystery of the tropical rainforest through 3D effects.
Third stop: Orchid Valley: Finally, visit Orchid Valley, a sea of orchids where various rare orchids compete for beauty. There is also an ostrich garden and root-wrapped stones. Walking through it feels like stepping into a poetic fairy tale world, where you can fully enjoy the freshness and beauty of nature.
🔥5. Must-Visit Photo Spots
Yanbo Pavilion: A filming location from the movie, where you can feel the whispers of the forest and love. The photos you take here will have a cinematic quality.
Over-the-River Dragon Rope Bridge: The long rope bridge is covered with colorful wind chimes and wish cards. Walking on it with the rainforest and bird's nest as the background is romantic and photogenic.
All-sea-view glass walkway: Standing on the walkway, the blue sky, white clouds, and sea create a stunning background, making it easy to take dreamy photos.
Trial wedding room from "If You Are the One 2": Recreate the movie scene and take romantic photos in this room.
Wedding chapel: The green grass, blue sky, and white dome create a natural photo background that looks great from any angle.
Orchid Valley: The lush orchids and green plants create a beautiful and natural photo at every step.
🔥6. Food Recommendations
Inside the park: There are some snack stalls and restaurants in the park where you can try Hainan specialties such as coconut cake and qingbuliang, but the prices are relatively high.
Outside the park: After your visit, you can go to the nearby Yalong Bay Dongrong Food Plaza. There is Hongsha Food Stall, where seafood is delivered daily from Hongsha Wharf. The fair scale ensures no substitution or short weight. The Danjia-style decoration is very photogenic. Recommended dishes include Typhoon Shelter Boston Lobster and Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli. There is also Buzaike Seafood, known for its signature spicy crab pot, which is delicious and reliable.
🔥7. Tips
There are many mountain roads in the park, so pay attention to safety and follow the instructions of the staff.
Protect the environment by not littering or damaging vegetation and wildlife habitats.
When participating in thrilling activities such as zip-lining, strictly follow safety regulations and wear protective gear.
Check the weather in advance. In case of heavy rain, strong winds, or other severe weather, some activities may be closed.
