As the saying goes, breakfast is your own. I'm glad it's included in the price of my stay! In Hainan, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Sanya Bay. I'll tell you what they served there.
✨ They offered malatan, a soup maker. You put whatever you want on a plate (vegetables, noodles, meatballs, greens, dumplings), hand it to the staff member, and choose the broth (spicy or not). A couple of minutes and it's ready.
✨ Vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves (radicchio, iceberg lettuce). Add capers and beans.
✨ Traditional Chinese appetizers: smashed cucumbers, wood ear mushrooms, tofu, chicken feet, duck.
✨ Main course: fried noodles, duck with pineapple, rice, dumplings.
✨Mantou (steamed buns) with various fillings.
✨And, of course, toast, sausages, bacon, and eggs.
✨I was especially delighted by the children's table, where anyone could help themselves to sweets!
✨My favorite fruit! There were so many – bananas, mangoes, passion fruit, watermelon, apples, and even durian.
✨Drinks: coffee from the coffee machine (Americano, cappuccino, latte), freshly squeezed juice (cucumber, watermelon, pineapple, and passion fruit).
Breakfast was 5+!
