Coming to Sapa during winter season, you cannot missed to try the Sapa’s specialty “Salmon Hotpot”

I would like to recommend Cho Tinh Quan, one of the top Sapa restaurant.

The Salmon Hotpot is enough for 2-3 people eat. The dishes come with salmon, vegetables, noodles & tofu

The soup is super delicious as it cooked with herbal & several ingredients that made the soup had strong aroma 🤤

The salmon 🍣 in the restaurant is very fresh because it raised in its own farm

Remember to try the local plum wine as 500ml costs for VND50,000 only 😎

A hotpot during winter in Sapa definitely will be a great experience!
