[Hokkaido] Sapporo Snow Festival, Daytime Stroll

The Sapporo Snow Festival is a seasonal winter event in Hokkaido. This is what it looked like when I strolled around the festival grounds during the day. It may be a little less spectacular than the night when it's lit up, but you can still see the snow sculptures shining beautifully in the sunlight. If you're blessed with blue skies, the scenery is even more spectacular. The snow sculptures, whose outlines are hard to see at night, are clearly visible. If you have the time, I highly recommend strolling around both during the day and at night.
