Sapporo, Hokkaido. Gelateria Verita uses coffee from Kahisakan in its soft serve ice cream

Sapporo, Hokkaido.

Gelateria Verita is located on the basement floor of Tokyu Department Store.

They use milk from Hokkaido Iwase Farm for their gelato.

Their soft serve ice cream uses coffee from Kahisakan.

Kahisakan is a long-established coffee shop in Hokkaido that opened in 1971 on Sapporo Odori.

Gelato comes in single (443 yen) and double (627 yen).

The soft serve ice cream is 432 yen for milk, mix, and coffee.

This time I ordered a soft serve mix in a cup.

I recommend sitting at the tables on the side of the shop or the seats near the escalators.

You may see something that looks like the Mouth of Truth, but please note that it's just a trash can 🫣
