Kitakaro is the most famous dessert shop in Otaru. You can't miss it. The building is full of history!

The shop is full of desserts. The packaging is exquisite. I bought a Baumkuchen, scallop fruit, and of course, a puff!

I love the Dream Puffs! The pastry is super crispy, thin, and full of filling. It's full of cream and egg yolk sauce. It's so delicious.
