Located in Sapporo City
It can be said that it is a Shinto Buddhist shrine
which is quite old in Hokkaido.
Because this shrine was built during the era
when the island began to develop. If we count the years, it would be around 1871.
Not only can you come to worship and ask for blessings from the gods who reside
and take pictures in the shrine as many as 4 statues,
but because the shrine itself is connected
to Maruyama Park, it is considered to be one of the best viewpoints
The best time to visit is in spring
It is suitable for viewing cherry blossoms.
I must say that the atmosphere here is lively in the summer
It is definitely worth visiting.
How to get there: You can take the subway
Namboku Line from Sapporo Station
to Odori Station, then change to the Taizo Line
and get off at Maruyama-Koen Station, use Exit 3.
