No matter what anyone says, Sapporo is best enjoyed in the snowy winter!!!

As the weather gets warmer and spring comes...

The winter that I hated so much because it was so cold is now missed like a tree frog.

I miss those days when I walked around in the snow of Sapporo.

▪︎Susukino Main Street where the Nika statue was hung large...
▪︎Odori Park where the illuminations unfolded and the Christmas market was held...
▪︎Romantic Otaru where I could become the main character of a winter fairy tale...
▪︎Noboribetsu Jigokudani boiling even in the cold winter...
▪︎Old Hokkaido capital where snow fell heavily...
▪︎And Lake Toya, Sairo Observatory, Buddha's Hill...

There is no place I can leave out.

Even if it is not a special place, the scenery of the snow-covered streets and alleys, or the sight of a tram running on the snow, becomes a page of memory like a postcard and never disappears.

The flowers are pretty and the lake is pretty, but Sapporo is best enjoyed in the cold winter. It's a place where you blow on your cold hands but have a smile on your face, a place where you shiver all over but take a sip of hot ramen soup or a glass of sake, wow~ It's the happiest place in the world... It's Sapporo in winter.
