I was lucky that I didn’t have to wait for a long time that day. The seat after entering the door is in the attic. It is a cute old wooden house with good lighting. Even if the space is not large, it doesn’t feel crowded at all. If you come to Hokkaido and are not in a hurry, the cafes near Maruyama are worth collecting.

I didn't understand the menu very well, so I asked the waiter to recommend me #シブースト. It tasted like a mousse with wine, with cinnamon-flavored apple chunks on the bottom and slightly caramelized sugar on the top. The whole dessert tasted rich and unique, not to mention delicious. At this price, everything is so exquisite!

While strolling in Sapporo, I accidentally found a cool and unique shop. It is hidden on the sixth floor of a building. Only one person can dine. It is as quiet as a library. The details of the food and utensils are extremely exquisite. Whether you care about food or the environment, you can choose it.

I ordered a pot of Japanese tea #ほうじ茶 that day, which can be brewed again. It uses the local Japanese tea "Uji Noka" made by the unique roasting method of the old tea shop "Shinnoen Anzhong Tea Shop" in Tanukikoji. There is also a piece of #citrus bitter chocolate pie. The citrus is thoroughly candied, and even the skin is not bitter but not greasy. The slightly bitter chocolate and solid tart crust neutralize the taste and texture. There is really no other word to describe it except exquisite and special. It is also delicious. Everything is very coordinated, including the tableware and space.

It is very personalized and restricts unnecessary conversations and excessive photography. Soft non-voiced music is played with a dark but not uncomfortable lighting design. From dawn to dusk, the overall surprise and meticulousness are increasing. Living nearby will definitely become a regular customer. It must be a spiritual pure land.

It is located opposite the Sapporo Art Forest Association, on the way to the tourist attraction Tou Daibutsu
There are not many buses, but the ride is within ten minutes, which is a good choice for the way.

I ordered a quiche set that day, which includes coffee/tea, quiche, and salad. There are not many restaurant options on the way to the Buddha. In the absence of competitors, they can still make food so attentively. I really admire the Japanese standards and aesthetics for themselves!

The space of the whole store is as transparent and airy as a Japanese magazine.

I even saw a wild fox by the window that day! Hokkaido achievements are unlocked on the spot!
