Kaisendon and Unidon at Nijo Market in Sapporo

Nijo Market is called Sapporo's refrigerator, and is a place where you can enjoy fresh seafood and dishes. It is a smaller market than you might think, but as you look around, you will be amazed by seafood such as hairy crabs.
Nijo Market is especially famous for Kaisendon and Unidon, and even though it was early in the morning, everyone was waiting to eat Hokkaido's Uni. The Uni I ate here was really sweet and fresh, and it was an unforgettable taste.
I definitely plan to visit again if I go to Sapporo again.
