Yeomiji Botanical Garden

Jeju Island, the largest island in South Korea, is a natural treasure trove with a diverse range of plants from subtropical to temperate and cold regions. The 'Yeomiji Botanical Garden' is a spot where you can admire over 2,300 species of plants, including those native to Jeju and rare trees from overseas. Opened in 1989 in the Jungmun Tourist Complex, the largest resort area on the island with numerous hotels along the coast, it covers an area of 34,000 pyeong (approximately 112,000 square meters). The garden features the largest glass greenhouse in the East, showcasing a variety of plants throughout the seasons, and an outdoor garden where visitors of all ages can enjoy different flowers and plants. It is a popular tourist destination.
