Opened in 2012, Aqua Planet Jeju was designed to promote marine conservation and showcase the biodiversity of Korea’s surrounding seas. The facility spans over 25,000 square meters and houses more than 48,000 marine creatures across 500 species. It’s also a popular filming location and a key part of Jeju’s eco-tourism development.
