What is "Imokase"? ￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣
Imo = the owner of a restaurant
and Omakase are mixed together!

You pay a set amount in advance, and the owner of the restaurant will use the meat, fish, vegetables, etc. that she bought that day to make various dishes for you!

You never know what will come out or how much of the food will come out, so it's always fun 🥹

A deep restaurant

It doesn't seem like a place that tourists often go to lol

I've been to some pretty deep restaurants myself, but this is the first time I've been to such a dimly lit building 🥹

It's full of local office workers and adults!
Some people use it for entertaining, and although it's deep, it's a trusted and loved restaurant!

The selection is amazing, with all the classic beers and soju!

They even had a refrigerator just for soju lol

The side dishes that come out first are self-service, you can have as many refills as you want, they give you rice, the moms are kind, it was a great experience 🤍
