Led by two-Michelin-starred Chef Lee Young-won, ASEUL Cheongdam perfectly interprets Korean flavors with a Western touch. The restaurant's decor, service, food presentation, and space design are all meticulously crafted, creating an artistic atmosphere.

When I made a reservation with my friend, I specifically requested a "flower seat" at the center island, similar to a "banmae" seating arrangement. There are also separate tables around the perimeter for added privacy.

From the service to the food, everything is meticulously detailed! The chef captures the essence of Korean cuisine through French techniques, meticulously explaining each dish and each bottle of wine. You'll be truly moved after eating there..."
