I ordered carbonara pasta and Gorgonzola pizza at a restaurant called Bistro in Nonhyeon. The carbonara, with its rich, creamy sauce, was smooth and not greasy, and the Gorgonzola pizza, paired with honey, created a wonderful balance of salty and sweet flavors.
