Situated in the center of the 6th-floor dining area, the restaurant features red walls that create a cozy and subtle Christmas-like ambiance. Private rooms are available for reservations, but walk-in guests can also enjoy dining at table seats.

I tried the "EO Lounge Recarte" special tasting course, priced at 65,000 KRW.

• Appetizer:
Leek Spuma (a soft, foam-like soup),
Jeju Pork Terrine (a rich blend of meat and cheese).

• Carpaccio:
Thinly sliced rockfish from Namhae served with olive oil and sauce, offering an exceptional umami flavor.

• Pasta:
Hanwoo Ragu Lasagna combined the nutty taste of perilla seeds with tender beef for a satisfying dish.

• Main:
Australian tenderloin steak cooked medium-well, featuring tender and juicy meat perfectly paired with whole-grain mustard sauce.

• Dessert:
Macadamia gelato served with roasted pineapple and mango spread. The mango spread was so delightful that it was described as "scraped clean."

The seating, lighting, and interior design create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The course menu is well-structured and offers great value for money. Pairing the meal with a glass of wine was particularly enjoyable, and many expressed a desire to revisit for another course menu experience.
