Our first day of the trip started off lightly, but it was full of memorable moments. 🥰

✨ We started at Bongeunsa Temple.
We woke up early and went to Bongeunsa Temple first. The peaceful atmosphere perfectly contrasted with Seoul's skyscrapers. The highlight is the large stone Buddha statue that stands tall in the center of the temple. 🪷 If you like to pray and make a good start to your trip, this is a must-visit.

🚶 Cross the street to COEX Mall.
Across the street from the temple is COEX Mall, a large shopping center in the heart of Seoul. It's home to the famous Starfield Library, a magnificent open-air library. And don't miss the COEX Aquarium. 🐠 Highlights include the shark tunnel and a zone featuring exotic marine life, including adorable penguins and manatees.

🍜 Lunch near COEX
After shopping until late morning, we stopped for a quick bite to eat. There's everything from local Korean food to international restaurants. Choose from a variety of options. Full stomachs, ready to continue the adventure.

🎡 Afternoon – Lotte World
In the afternoon, we went all out at Lotte World, one of Korea's most famous indoor and outdoor theme parks. Highlights include:

🎠 The indoor zone offers all-season rides, featuring classic rides like the Carousel and Viking.

🎢 For thrill seekers, the outdoor zone offers the Gyro Drop and Gyro Swing, a thrilling experience that will make your heart race.

🏰 The atmosphere is like a fairytale, perfect for taking photos.

We rode the rides until evening, ending the first day with a sense of spiritual fulfillment, a feast for the eyes, and a sense of fun. ✨
