If you were to choose one mosque in Malaysia that you would like to recommend, this would be it! Introducing the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Mosque, commonly known as the Blue Mosque 🕌
⭐️Review
This is the largest mosque in Malaysia and the second largest in Southeast Asia in terms of capacity. It is commonly known as the Blue Mosque.
I visited on a Sunday at 2 o'clock. A group of Japanese people were gathered and we were able to take a tour of the mosque for about an hour and take a good look around it.
In conclusion, it was extremely good! It is the largest mosque I have ever seen, so it is very impressive. There are various facilities inside the mosque and it is well worth seeing. Although it was in English, the guide's detailed explanations allowed me to learn more about mosques and Islam. The interior of the mosque is filled with blue, with blue tiles, interior decorations of the dome, stained glass, and other elements, making it very beautiful. I was impressed that I could see it for free. There are many donation boxes inside the mosque, so I think it would be a good idea to put some money in.
There were a lot of Japanese visitors, and there were also a few Chinese and overseas Muslims. It was also nice that there weren't too many tourists. You'll need to take a taxi, but it's definitely worth the trip, so please do visit!
