Fancy Asian food in Shanghai Centre

Portman’s Boteman in West Nanjing Road is a fancy restaurant located in East building of the Shanghai Centre, next to the waterfall wall garden.
This restaurant mostly focuses on seafood 🦞, bringing together dishes from Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore in an explosion of flavors. As amazing as it sounds, it’s quite expensive too. Be prepared to expend a few hundreds in a small meal. The meat 🥩 dishes look amazingly good. Drinks and cocktails have a nice presentation.
There are few good dessert options, too. However, as delicious as they look I’m not willing to pay around 100RMB just in a small dessert dish.
