The Ritz-Carlton Hardware Issues Revealed

Feel like this place is too old to stay at👵
This time for my birthday🎂, I decided to stay one night～

The result... not much different from what I expected👇

✨The software and service are very good
The room was prepared with a super cute birthday cake🎂
Turndown service timing and quality were spot on🛏️
Better than a bunch of suburban five-star hotels that can’t find professional staff😂
The front desk’s English level is definitely top-tier in Shanghai’s hotel scene👑

But! The hardware really loses points😭
Even worse than I imagined:
- The TV cabinet wouldn’t close📺
- Many doors were shaky and unstable🚪
I understand that old five-star hardware can’t keep up
But this is just too shabby💔
It really affects the stay experience!

💡Suggestion:
In terms of cost-performance, I really don’t recommend tourists stay here🏨
Unless you’re a foreign visitor who needs top-notch English service🇬🇧
