Shanghai Water Village Day Trip Recommendation ♥ Zhujiajiao

The oldest water village in Shanghai, Zhujiajiao.
It has been around for 1,700 years. It is called the Venice of Shanghai because it resembles Venice in Italy, and it is such a beautiful place that it was selected as a Chinese cultural city ❣️

🔻How to get there
Get out of Exit 1 of Zhujiajiao Station on Line 17 and Zhujiajiao is not far away on foot.
There is also a rickshaw near the station, so you can take it to Zhujiajiao.

- It is bigger than you think, so it takes half a day to go around everything.
I recommend going in the afternoon to see the sunset and night view. ♡

🔻The ferry (30 yuan) is optional, but since you can ride it for 30 yuan per person, I recommend taking a ferry inside Zhujiajiao! You can enjoy the quiet water village of Zhujiajiao more leisurely. Ferry operating hours: 8:30 AM ~ 4:00 PM

*No admission fee to Zhujiajiao

- Zhujiajiao has a beautiful view and charm no matter where you look.

And there are a lot of alleys, and every alley is a store.

There are so many things to see, such as handmade products, authentic Chinese restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, etc. It was a great place to stay in Shanghai. It is a place you can easily get to from the center of Shanghai, so I highly recommend it for your trip to Shanghai.❣️
