I personally like many things about this hotel, so I would like to recommend it. It may be useful and for anyone looking for a Shanghai hotel.

Pros without exaggeration Heartfelt style
- Beautiful room, clean, comfortable bed and pillows
- Convenient transportation, very good location, right on Nanjing Road
- East Nanjing Road Station Exit 3
- Just 100 meters from the metro
- Luggage storage
- Early check-in (if room is available)
- Walking distance to The Bund
- Walking distance to People Square
- Near the largest Pop Mart branch, awesome
- Surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and even dessert shops
- The desserts of the shop next to the hotel are delicious (He Run Land)
- Housekeepers clean every day
- Good service
- Staff can speak English (even a little)
- There is a full-length mirror, check your total look before going out

There are only 2 disadvantages for us

Which are acceptable, no problem!
1. Booked a No Smoking room, but the first room I got smelled like cigarettes because the room next door smoked and there was a hole where the smoke could get through. It was so smelly that I couldn't stay. When we informed the staff, they immediately changed it for us. The process was very fast. The new room we got was completely closed with no gaps. It was excellent. It smelled clean and comfortable. (The first room was on the 3rd floor. After changing, we got the 5th floor. I recommend that when you check in, you tell the staff again that you really want a No Smoking room. When you go to Shanghai, you have to accept it. They really do smoke a lot!)
2. There is only one elevator. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to go up and down.
