Zhangyuan 张园zhang yuan

📍Location: No. 588 Weihai Road (Line 2 Nanjing West Road Station Exit 3)

Zhangyuan is a public space that was purchased by Zhang Xue, a Qing Dynasty merchant, in 1882 and built in a European style.
It is said that it is called Zhangyuan because it was developed by the Zhang family.

You can see the traditional Shanghai-style Shikumen building in Zhangyuan.

It was remodeled last year and various luxury pop-up stores and cafes were opened.

Since then, it has become a very popular place for Wang Hong (Chinese influencers).

When I went, Diptyque and Vacheron Constantin were exhibiting, so I went to see them.

I recommend you visit at least once.
