A Photographer's Delight: Juxtaposition of Ancient and Modern Shanghai

Jing'an Temple in Shanghai is large and gleaming gold.
The weather wasn’t great on the day I visited, but it was still incredibly beautiful ☺️
You can enter for 50 yuan. (Payment is easy with a quick electronic transaction)
Everyone was tossing coins toward a small tower-like structure in the third photo! So, I imitated the locals and threw some coins from my wallet in too!
The temple is very large, but I think you can comfortably explore it in about an hour.
The first photo was taken from a nearby pedestrian bridge! I think this is the best spot for photos.
When you get off at Jing'an Temple subway station and come up to the surface, you can immediately see this magnificent temple, so there’s no chance of getting lost 😊
If you visit Shanghai, be sure to stop by here too ☺️
