Hàoyuán Garden (滈园) – A Hidden Spring Gem in Shanghai 🌸⛩️🌿

I visited the beautiful Hàoyuán Garden inside Binjiang Park (滨江森林公园) in northern Shanghai — and it quickly became one of my favorite spots in the city. The entrance to both the park and the garden is completely free, making it even more amazing.🌸

Hàoyuán is a carefully reconstructed traditional Chinese garden, full of elegance and seasonal beauty. In spring, everything is in bloom, from cherry blossoms to vibrant greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. 🐦🌼 The garden features a small lake, charming bridges, and quiet pathways that make you feel like you've stepped into a classical painting.

What makes it even better is that there’s a lovely café and restaurant right inside the garden — I got to enjoy a quiet meal by the water, surrounded by nature and calm. ☕️🥟🍵

It wasn’t crowded at all, which made the experience even more special. Hàoyuán is definitely one of Shanghai’s lesser-known treasures, and an essential visit if you’re looking for a peaceful break from the busy city.🌲
