Review of accommodation in Shanghai – JI Hotel (Jiujiang Road)

Another hotel that impressed us a lot. Great location, easy to get around, close to shopping areas, and very comfortable stay at a very affordable price (we stayed 3 people).  💰 Price: About ¥580/night (~3,000 THB) Definitely worth it compared to the location & convenience!  📍 Location: On Jiujiang Road in the city center, only a 5-minute walk to The Bund 🚇 Close to People’s Square Station and East Nanjing Road metro stations, very convenient travel  ⸻  🏨 First impression:  • The hotel features a minimalist, clean design with a slight Japanese feel  • The staff are super lovely  🛏 Room:  • The bed is very soft and extremely comfortable  • The room isn’t very big but just right for 3 people  • Has a small work desk / hairdryer / bottled water provided  🛁 Bathroom:  • Clearly separated dry and wet zones, with hot water  • Basic toiletries provided like soap and shampoo, but toothbrush and others need to be requested as they are not placed in the room  📸 Location:  • Walking distance to The Bund, Nanjing Road mall, Apple Store, and Pop Mart, very close and also near the metro  • Great for taking beautiful photos
