[Shanghai] Toy Story Hotel Review

I'll introduce you to the Toy Story Hotel where I stayed for two nights on a weekday.

How to check in

When I arrived at around 4:10pm, it was crowded with people checking in!

A staff member called out to me and told me that I had to scan the QR code on Wechat and wait in line to check in.

When it was my turn, I could line up at the check-in counter.

I walked around the hotel and waited for about 30 minutes until it was my turn.

I was able to check in in English.

Everything was Toy Story from the moment I entered the hotel to the inside of the room, and it was so cute.

At the Lotso Shop, you can buy stuffed animals and sweets, but I don't think they had any T-shirts or anything.

There is a large Disney World store in Disneytown, so you can buy clothes there.

How to check out

It was the day I returned home, so I tried to check out at 6am, but I couldn't find the check-out counter.

There were already several groups lined up to check in.

When I was having trouble figuring out what to do, the person who came to check in checked with other people and explained in English that it seems like I need to check out 🥹

I had heard at check-in that I could take the key back as a souvenir, so I waited and went home!

⚠️The way to check out may differ depending on the time of day

"Hotel ➞ Park Shuttle Bus"

The bus stop is near the hotel entrance, and there are several destinations, so you need to check carefully before boarding!

You will receive a paper about the shuttle bus when you check in, so just look at that ◎

The photo was taken after 6 o'clock after checking out, but there were already people waiting for the first bus at 7:05.

The day before, when I headed to the bus stop a little before 7:00, there was a long line and I was almost giving up, wondering when I would be able to get on the bus 🤣

I wonder if around 6:30 is the best time 🤔

The drop-off location in the park varies depending on the time of day!

I stayed at the Toy Story Hotel for two nights this time. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the sleep was good, so it was a fun experience!
