Shanghai Weekend Getaway｜Stay at Chunli Homestay to Heal All Your Exhaustion

Life has been so hectic lately! Taking advantage of the weekend, my friends and I decided to find a place to completely unwind. That’s when we discovered this hidden gem in Pudong’s Xinchang area—Chunli Homestay. It turned out to be the biggest surprise of our trip!

The moment we stepped into the homestay, it felt like we were transported to a serene Japanese courtyard. Shaded by lush greenery and dappled with sunlight, the wabi-sabi-inspired design instantly calmed us, shutting out all worries beyond the door.

After a day of activities, retreat to your room where a super clean and cozy environment awaits. My favorite feature is the large bathtub 🛁—a hot soak washes away all the day’s fatigue. The mattress is so comfortable that you won’t want to get up, ensuring a restful sleep till morning. The toiletries are also thoughtfully provided, adding to the convenience.
