What does the future world look like? What does the Future Buddha look like? When will the future come? The future is already here!
Is the Future Buddha in the highly advanced future keeping up with the times? Is it a coexistence of humans and machines? Or a unity of Buddha and machine?
In an advanced world, through technological development and the application of AI, humans repeatedly expand the boundaries of knowledge and repeatedly knock on the door of the Buddhist realm. The future created by humans is half-human, half-god, half-machine; humans transcend the 52 stages and become Buddhas. This set of statues, featuring a unique Eastern cyber aesthetic, aims to explore the "possibility of super-consciousness" through technology. The phrase "as if the future" is a pun, referring both to the Future Buddha in Buddhism and to the aspiration and depiction of the future under the guise of technology.
