Shanghai Moon’s Songzanlin Temple in Shangri-La, China

Songchanlim Temple, a Tibetan temple called the Little Potala Palace of Shangri-La.
It was built in 1679 and currently has over 600 Tibetan monks living and studying, so you can meet many monks.
With the monks' ceaseless chanting in the background, I could see not only tourists but also many believers who came to pay their respects.

Since it is located at a high altitude of over 3,000 meters, I remember all the snack bags in the store being bulged 😋

The temple, decorated in splendid gold and red, was unfamiliar, and the fact that the rooftop had an animal face that looked like a combination of an elephant and a dragon was both new and impressive!!
