Thinking of doing a photo shoot in Shangri-La?

Here’s everything I wish I knew before booking with 侣行时光租衣旅拍（香格里拉店）👇

📍 Location: Dengkong Ancient Town, near the Big Prayer Tower
💸 Cost: 284 RMB (~$40 USD) on DianPing
✅ Included:
– Hair + makeup
– Full-day rental for outfit and accessories
– 2–3 shoot locations (we went to the Big Prayer Flag and Napahai)
– 40 raw images + 9 edited
📸 My photographer (I think his name was Yi Rou?) didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Chinese, but we made it work thanks to my friend. He was super fun and the shots turned out great!

Tips to know before you go:
– GO EARLY. We arrived at 9AM and the best outfits were already taken (they opened at 8AM)
– Bring photos of the makeup, hair, and outfit vibes you want
– There are lockers available to store your stuff
– Songzanlin Monastery wasn’t available the day we went due to a new policy

It was such a fun experience. Definitely recommend it if you’re passing through Yunnan.
