First time visiting such a fun place

Spring Festival in Shaoxing, I found a super niche ancient town in the misty and rainy Jiangnan|||If you want to avoid the crowds during the Spring Festival holiday, come here! This niche ancient town is beautiful and not crowded. I visited during the Spring Festival in 2024 and there were not many people (other attractions were very crowded).
📍Huangjiu Town
Located in Dongpu Town, Shaoxing, this ancient town has a history of over 1,600 years. It was formerly known as Puyangli, and is also called Dongpu Town. Dongpu is the birthplace of Shaoxing rice wine, and is known as "Shaoxing rice wine comes from Dongpu, and the aroma of wine can be smelled from ten miles away" and "Dongpu masters make Shaoxing wine".

🚗Drive to "Shaoxing Huangjiu Town", there is a large free parking lot at the north gate
🚇Take Shaoxing Metro Line 1 to Huangjiu Town Station

During the Spring Festival, you can watch Yue opera at the ancient theater
📖Huangjiu knowledge:
Shaoxing rice wine is made from high-quality glutinous rice, Jianhu water, and traditional unique brewing techniques, such as winter brewing and spring pressing, wine medicine, and malt fermentation. It is aged for several months or even years to form a unique taste and style.
Huangjiu is divided into four types according to sugar content: Yuanhong (dry), Jiafan (usually in a huadiao bottle, also called huadiao wine, semi-dry), Shanniang (semi-sweet), and Xiangxue (sweet).
📝Travel tips:
✔️1-2 hours is enough to visit
✔️The town's unique AQ rice wine ice cream is super delicious, with a fine and smooth texture, sweet but not greasy (other places only have rice wine popsicles, not as good as ice cream)
✔️There are performances at the theater during the Spring Festival, you can watch Yue opera for free
✔️Very close to Keqiao Ancient Town, only a ten-minute taxi ride away
