LOST VILLA ZHOUSHAN
Next to the lighthouse in Dongzuitou Village, Huanglong Township, Shengsi
Lost Villa · Huanglong Island is located at Dongzuitou, Nangan Village, Huanglong Island, in the northeast corner of the Zhoushan Archipelago. The hotel is built atop the reef, surrounded by the sea on three sides, echoing the century-old lighthouse nearby. From Shenjiawan Pier → Sijiao Island Lizhushan Pier, then transfer from Wulong Township Pier by a 15-minute speedboat to reach this secluded paradise. The sound of waves and the reef formations create a natural soundtrack, as if you are at the edge of the world.
The design team embedded the building into the top of the island reef, preserving the original reef textures and the historical traces of the lighthouse. The exterior walls use beige textured paint and fire-resistant bricks, echoing the rough texture of traditional stone houses on the island. The exposed natural reef in the courtyard becomes the visual focal point, with light and shadow filtering through the tall glass curtain walls, resembling a "museum at sea." Large floor-to-ceiling glass panels blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, framing the waves, sunrise, and starry sky in full view.
The hotel has a total of 28 rooms, distributed across three independent buildings. Each room faces the East China Sea, with some featuring private viewing balconies. Enjoy the sunrise in winter and stargazing over the sea in summer, with window views custom-designed for each room. Natural wood, microcement, and handcrafted pottery decorate the space, blending simplicity with modern comfort. All rooms come standard with floor heating, fresh air systems, custom tea sets, Dyson hairdryers, Marshall speakers, premium cotton and linen bedding, and aromatherapy devices that instantly relax you.
Ye You Shi Restaurant: Featuring daily fresh catches from Shengsi, offering local creative dishes such as "Lighthouse Seafood Hotpot" and "Slow-roasted Yellow Croaker on the Reef." The chef adjusts the menu according to the tide schedule.
Lighthouse Café: A seaside glass room serving freshly ground coffee and specially crafted island drinks.
Starry Sky Bar: Open at night, where you can enjoy a cocktail accompanied by the lighthouse beam and the sound of waves.
