Let's talk about the eel rice first. It is one of the business lunch sets for one person on weekdays. The $89 eel set includes grilled eel and grilled beef ribs. The eel is grilled to a crispy outside and soft inside, and the beef ribs are of good quality and rich in meat flavor. It tastes delicious. My friend ordered eel and beef belly for $79 (he couldn't wait to eat it, so I couldn't take a photo 🥹). His beef belly was thin and the meat tasted good 👌
To be honest, the overall taste is not 100% authentic. For example, the pickles always have a bit of Chinese style, but it also has 90% Japanese flavor.

We thought that Sukiyaki was just an ordinary beef hotpot, but we saw people at the neighboring table enjoying it. It turned out that someone prepared the sauce and soup base, first simmered the beef, and then added other ingredients. It looked like the authentic Kansai method.
