This time I randomly entered [New Jinsheng Seafood Restaurant]
Test whether it is fresh and affordable enough

Plump and full with garlic flavour

‣ Steamed Scallops with Garlic Vermicelli (¥19.8/each)
The vermicelli is infused with the essence of mussel juice, the perfect match with gold, silver and garlic
The thick freshness of mussels is fried in the mouth

‣ Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Open Edge (¥69/12)
The shrimp meat is firm and springy. The method is more flavourful
The garlic enhances the freshness and does not steal the show. Even the shrimp brains are sweet and sweet

‣ Boiled Squid (¥78/kg)
Not recommended 💁🏻‍♀️ Squid cartilage not cleaned

‣ Boiled Cabbage Heart (¥32)
Not recommended 💁🏻‍♀️
It's not boiled, it's boiled in oily water
