This time, we ordered the seasonal ¥1199 Summer Lingxiao Cuisine Set Menu.
Enjoy live lobster, Australian abalone, and snow crab dishes all at once, plus snowflake wagyu beef and the same Michelin-starred dessert Jay Chou had in Tokyo.
Pre-dinner drink: Cold hawthorn juice – a slightly sour drink that will wake you up.
The staff will place it next to your teacup before your meal for easy access.
We also introduced our product, which uses hawthorn berries from Shandong.
Simmered over low heat for 8 hours, it's then naturally fermented for 24 hours to mature!
Pay First - Premium Sashimi Set
Soy sauce is provided before chopsticks are placed. Enjoy a variety of fresh sashimi at once: yellowtail, starfish, striped squid, cuttlefish with sweet shrimp rolls, tuna, lobster, and sea urchin roe sauce.
Warm Dish - Seafood Steamed Egg Mushi
The staff provides a shell spoon for placing the seafood steamed egg custard. Topped with kudzu rice, sweet peas, snow crab meat, and fresh shrimp sauce, and bottomed with bonito flakes. We recommend mixing well before serving for a more savory flavor.
Specialty - Live Lobster
The staff will explain the cooking methods before dining.
The sauce is made with the lobster's own roe and cooked until 70% to 80% done. Paired with citrus sauce and fresh fruit on the side, it's a sweet and sour appetizer.
Grilled Dish - Seashell Creations
Geoduck, scallop, and Arctic scallop - three shellfish served with different sauces. The flavors are distinct! The staff are very considerate and will immediately replace any sauce on your chopsticks after eating!
Dish: Australian Giant Abalone
Seared abalone with salt and pepper mustard for a rich, chewy texture.
Seasonal Dish: Three Snow Crab Dishes, featuring Russian snow crab (one crab, three ways to eat it).
The staff will first serve you the crab claws, then slowly savor the delicious crab.
1. Salt-grilled Snow Crab Legs
2. Crab Legs and Chicken Head with Crab Roe Sauce
3. Finally, Lotus Leaf Snow Crab with Peach and Lemon Curry.
Seasonal Dish: Hibiscus Flower Soup
The presentation is exceptional, and the broth is sweet and savory. Made with hibiscus flowers from Zhangzhou, Fujian. Using scallops, maitake mushrooms, and hydrangea mushrooms to create a broth, add the hibiscus flowers. 🌷 Served when the hibiscus flowers are 50% ripe.
Meat Dish: Snowflake Wagyu
This restaurant previously supplied Wagyu beef to Jay Chou's concert team for four consecutive days!
Using 270-day-old purebred Australian Wagyu, M12-grade brisket cuts, Wagyu eye steaks are rich and tender!
Food Story - Sakura Shrimp Rice
Using Xiangshui tribute rice from Mudanjiang and Taiwanese sakura shrimp, this dish is incredibly fresh.
Sweetness - Finally got to try the same Michelin-starred dessert Jay Chou had in Tokyo. I was blown away!! DIY writing on a drawing board! Comes with a small hammer! Crack open the chocolate balls, topped with matcha ice cream snowballs and dipped in chocolate sauce.
Served with fresh fruit - delicious and exquisite.
