# Hotel Experience Sharing

Recently, my family and I visited Guangming District and stayed at a hotel near the Blue Whale Mall and the subway station. Our overall experience was truly pleasant, and here are some highlights:

## Hotel Environment

Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a relaxing fragrance that uplifted our spirits. The modern yet comfortable lobby design made us feel right at home.

## Front Desk Service

The front desk lady, Lean, was incredibly friendly and always had a bright smile. After understanding our needs, she proactively upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Especially considering we had children with us, this thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable.

## Room Amenities

We were upgraded to a room with a bathtub. The room was very clean, elegantly decorated, and comfortable. The children had a blast playing in the bathtub. This amenity not only made the children enjoyable, but also enhanced our family time.

## Summary

Overall, we were very satisfied with our hotel stay. Whether it's the hotel environment, the front desk service, or the room facilities, we all felt comfortable and happy. If you plan to travel to Guangming District, I highly recommend this hotel!
