Better than expected: A two-day, one-night trip to Shenzhen InterContinental Hotel

After the summer holidays, before the kids got busy with homework and exams, four families decided to take a relaxing short trip. We booked a one-night stay at the InterContinental Shenzhen OCT Hotel in Nanshan, which included a buffet dinner and breakfast. It was perfect for the whole family! 👨👩👧👦

Because of the renowned "InterContinental" brand, we decided to enjoy our time at the hotel and not dine out. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruits 🍉—fresh and delicious, living up to the brand's reputation!

The room met our expectations, fully equipped and of international standard. It was spacious enough for the kids to turn it into a mini playground, allowing parents to relax and unwind. The highlight? The hotel has an amazing kid-friendly play area! Not just for toddlers, but also suitable for kids aged 7-8, with top-notch facilities that kept the children entertained and full of energy.

As for the price, it was around HKD 2,000 after the summer holidays, which was reasonable. Most importantly, the kids got to spend time together, and we all had a chance to relax and enjoy ourselves. Everyone left with big smiles 🤩.
