Guess what?!

Shenzhen finally has its own spot for seriously delicious Thai Boat Noodles! Huge thanks to my friend for navigating us here—we finally got to try it out in Hongshan!

The decor at Mixthai (Mixthai Quan Tai Boat Noodle) is pure "Thai-land" vibes. It's so chill and makes you feel like you've been transported straight to Bangkok!
We ordered some of their signature dishes, and the flavors are incredibly authentic and so good!

• Seafood Tom Yum Mama Noodle Soup (海鲜冬阴功汤妈妈面)
• This bowl is packed! It's loaded with ingredients: prawns, squid, crab, fish balls, and more!
• The Mama noodles are perfectly QQ (chewy/springy) and soak up all that tangy, spicy broth.
• It's a fantastic balance of sour and spicy—the kind of dish that gets better with every bite!
• Boat Noodle Soup (Pork) (船汤-猪)
• This is the Thai street food classic for a reason! It comes in a huge bowl filled with ingredients.
• The rice noodles (金边粉) are super smooth, and the soup base is rich and deeply flavored. Absolutely brilliant! 👍🏻
• Don't skip the drinks! Their refreshing beverages are the perfect, crisp complement to the savory boat noodles. A true standard pairing!
